Our experience is extensive, for over 25 years we have designed, built and refurbished many many projects, from small extensions, through to new build London homes for the Uber rich.
We also have experience with all types of basement build up to 3 storeys down, swimming pool construction, all types of piling and challenging groundworks, facade retention, commercial new build and refurbishment, office to residential conversions up to 150 units, new build and development in education and healthcare.

First floor side extension, dining room and study extension, creating 2 new bedrooms with a jack and jill en-suite
Single storey and two storey rear and side extensions with rooflights, to create kitchen and utility, storage /garage area and front bedroom, new bathroom and cupboard space to first floor.
New rear single storey extension, to create new kitchen and utility area along with rear living room and snug to the front.

Project in Benfleet
Single storey rear extension along with internal remodelling to create kitchen, diner and ensuite/ WC area
Summer 2020
Project in Leigh-on-Sea
This project in Leigh-on-Sea involves a single storey rear extension and side extension, along with internal remodelling to create a kitchen, diner and bedroom with ensuite/ WC area. Unfortunately the progress of this job had been impacted by Covid-19 but we managed to get back on track in July 2020 to finish later on in that year.
Summer 2019 - Summer 2020
Project in Benfleet
This new project in Benfleet will be a single storey rear extension / Orangery. This includes the removal of the existing conservatory and a single storey extension with double corner bifold doors.
January 2020
Project in Rochford
Just before lockdown we completed a small bathroom and bedroom renovation in Rochford. This consisted of new plumbing and electrics in the bathroom with a brand new suite, along with installing a wall to separate the sink area. The bedroom wardrobe was knocked through to create an open closet space and the bedroom was renovated with new plaster, new electrics and an AC unit.
September 2019
Commerical project in Leigh-on-Sea
We have completed a small commercial project in Leigh-on-Sea which consists of two commercial units with two A/C units, toilet cubicles, a small kitchen in each, temporary lights and full smoke and break glass fire system.
AUGUST 2019
Project in Basildon
We have finished a large project in Basildon. The work involved a two storey side extension, single storey rear extension, full house renovation and a new roof.
JUNE 2019
Project in Leigh-On-Sea
This completed project was a loft conversion which created two bedrooms plus en suite, with the addition of a new staircase to the ground floor hallway.
APRIL 2019
Project in Leigh-On-Sea
These photos show the completed project for this job in Leigh-On-Sea. The work undertaken included a single story extension creating a kitchen / lounge / dining area plus a new utility room with roof lantern. A new dormer was constructed creating a large bedroom, en suite and storage areas, with opening up and structural works throughout the whole of the ground floor.

Project in Thorpe Bay
This project involved creating a large kitchen/dining area along with shower room on ground floor, plus external lounge area with raised patio to include frameless glass balustrade, with steps to garden and side gate, laid level to internal floor.

Rental Villa in Valencia, Spain
Our guys ventured out to sunny Spain for a busman's holiday to undertake renovation work on a run-down rental villa near Valencia, Spain. The works included cleaning and renovation of the swimming pool, re-laying new synthetic grass and general building repairs. The 'before' and 'after' photos below show the improvements made.

We have completed a project on a property in Stock near Billericay. The project was a rear kitchen extension with structural alterations. Check out the photos below, which show the progression of the project through to it's completion.

CSS have finished a project on a commercial property in London Road, Leigh-On-Sea. This project was commercial landlord works including addition of a party wall, insulated screeded floors and full M&E installation. The photos below show some of the works undertaken.
