The company recently undertook another new project on a detached property in Leigh-On-Sea. The job here will involve a loft conversion to create two bedrooms plus en suite, and the addition of a new staircase to the ground floor hallway.

Work to be undertaken will include a single story extension creating a kitchen / lounge / dining area plus a new utility room with roof lantern. A new dormer is to be constructed creating a large bedroom, en suite and storage areas, with opening up and structural works throughout the whole of the ground floor.
